FRESH OUTLOOK FOUNDATION PROGRAMS
The Fresh Outlook Foundation’s passion is to “kindle a fresh outlook among British Columbians that inspires
sustainable behaviors at home, work, and play.” To that end, the foundation targets specific groups of British
Columbians with community-based social marketing programs that are developed and delivered to meet their
particular wants and needs.
